We would love to have you join us as a Vendor for our 2024 Halloween Trick or Treat Event from 1-3 PM on Saturday, October 26th 2024 in the Rigby’s Water World Plaza. This event is FREE For attendees!

We are expecting over 1500 people to attend this annual event. It’s a BIG turnout and a great opportunity to advertise your business!

We are asking that all participants for our Halloween Trick or Treat Event plan to provide the following with their set up: 

• Candy for 1500+ Attendees
• A set up that fits in a 12x12 area.
  • Your set up will need to include any materials you need for advertisements 
  • Any tables, chairs, or tents for the event
  • Any decor you’d like to add to your assigned area. Examples are balloons arches, halloween decor, etc.
• Any wagons/carts/carriers for your set up

Each participant will need to be set up and finished moving items to their designated areas by 12:30 PM.

We will have the Water World Gate opened by 10 AM to begin set up for each participant.

This all sounds great! How do I confirm my spot for the event? 

• There is a $25 Participation Fee for all Organizations/Businesses
  • Payments can be made in advance no later than Friday, October 25th at 12 PM.
    • Payments can be submitted via cash, company check (no business checks), or through this online payment link: 
• Each participant will be required to agree and sign to our vendor agreement form for this specific event. You will not be permitted to set up if this form AND payment are not submitted by Friday, October 25th at 12 PM.
