• A transaction fee is charged per pass for credit card purchases
• Pass holders will need to bring the online receipt and/or online season pass voucher with QR code(s) to Rigby's Entertainment Complex in order redeem their pass.
• Photo ID is required for each season pass holder.  Photos must be taken at Rigby’s before season pass holder enters the park. Photos may be sent via email to seasonpass@rigbysec.com.
• Children 2 years old and younger are FREE
• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible guardian 16 years of age or older
• Passes are valid for the 2025 season during normal operating hours and season passholder special events.
• Passes are non-refundable and are non-transferable.  They must be used by the same person all season.
• Season passholdere perks include:
  • Skate for FREE at Rigby's Entertainment every Friday from January 3, 2025 to May 2, 2025. Must have valid 2025 season pass with photo.
  • One Free "Buddy Pass" with each season Pass.  Invite a friend to join you for a day at Rigby's Water World! Valid on Mondays through Thursdays! Does not include Holidays or Weekends. Each buddy pass is good for a one-time use during the 2025 Waterpark season.
  • Discount on select items in our New Rigby's Water World Gift Shop.
  • Discount on select items at Rigby's Water World concessions
  • Discount on Cabana rentals Monday through Friday.  This discount can only be recieved on purchases in the park based on availability. (excludes online rentals)
  • Entry into Season Pass holder appreciation event at Rigby's Water World.

Insulated Igloos at Gracie’s: A Rooftop Bar can be reserved through the online booking link.  Igloos comfortably seat up to 8 people and can be reserved for your selected date.  Igloos may be resold on the day of when your party exits.  All attendees must be 21+.  Please note that Rooftop Rentals may affect Igloo availability.  Igloos include the reserved space, seating, mini-heater, and blankets. Please note that an 18% gratuity will be assessed on parties of 6 or more.  All parties are required to have valid Credit Card on file before the party can be seated in your Igloo.
All ordering is done at the bar from the regular Gracie’s menu. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the igloo.  If any member of your party is smoking or vaping of any kind, your entire party will be asked to exit the igloo immediately. Outside food and beverage of any kind is not allowed inside the igloo or Gracie’s: A Rooftop Bar. If you would like to bring a birthday cake, please notify us ahead of time by emailing graciesrooftopbar@rigbysec.com.
